Score Auto Dealer ripoff, What a lousey company!!! *Consumer TIP
I bought a brand new car from Score in Ohio. They gave me a
bad deal i later found out and my dealer lied. When I gave them a bad survey back they told us to take our business elsewhere.
I would be happy to except the closest dealer is one hour away. They won't even do our warrenty work.
I complained directly to crystler and they said they would take care of it. I never heard from them again.
I'll never buy crystler again. I thought a survey was a way to improve a business, not a way to get rid of people who
think something needs improved. What a lousey company!!!

CONSUMER TIP:
When someone purchases a new car, they receive a survey card in the mail. This might not sound very important, but I can assure you that it is very important. These cards are what the dealerships CSI (Customer Service Index) is based. Usually a dealership will give very good service up until they get your card. I've seen many dealers exchange a free oil change for
the card. Of course, exchanging the card is unethical. Just fill it out honestly. Your right, it is there to help dealers do better. If the dealer kicked you out because of your low scores, you were obviously right about this dealer.
