I was erroneously charged for a purchase I never agreed to. Apparently its in their extremely fine print that is never made clear in any way to the consumer: if you choose to get a credit report from scoresense, you're asked for your agreement for a $1 charge that says will be refunded after you've provided payment information, even though it's supposed to be a FREE report. Two weeks later, a charge will show up in your bank account for $29, which you will NEVER see refunded. This request which I made to their tollfree line is supposed to be approved by headquarters via email. The only thing this scheming dishonest company will give you is the email back saying that headquarters does not approve the refund of their erroneous charge to your account.
