Complaint Review: Scoresence

Scoresence Credit Protection has taken 8 unauthorized payments of 29.95 out of my bank account. They were never authorized to take money out of my account and did not cancel my account when I have called multiple times. Dallas Texas

Scoresence offered a free credit report. I signed up and checked my report. Later I realized that scoresence had been taking out 29.95 of my banking account. I called customer service to let them know there was no authorization for them to access my account. I told them to stop. I asked them to cancel my account. They did not. I asked for a supervisor each time I called. Every phone call was at least 15 to 20 minutes long. 

Scoresence continued taking money from my account the following month. The agents had to email corporate headquarters to see about a refund for me. I was told I would receive an email from corporate within 48 hours. Nothing. I have called at least 3 times. I finally received a Cancellation notice in my email. 

As of yet, after fighting this company I have no refund. They stole at least 8 payments of 29.95 from my account. This is fraud.  Anyone that can help me fight this company please let me know. I have tried to find a number to their corporate office with no success. Please help stop this fraud.
