SCORESENCE I needed my credit report and was referred to the "FREE" credit report and got ripped off. Hockley, Texas

While working on line I was asked for my credit score or rating. Not having it I noticed an advertisement on the same page offering a free credit score from all three credit reporting agencies. I clicked on the link and was connected to SCORESENCE. They offered the service for a $1.00 refundable fee. I complied and received my credit reports as agreed and the refund of the $1.00.

They also informed me that I was now enrolled in their reporting service for a monthly fee of $29.95. I immediately called them and told then I did not subscribe and to cancel any dealings with them. They told me I was not in the system and call back in 7 days and check, which I did.

I just received my bank statement and there is a $29.95 charge to my account. I called them up and was connected to Costa Rico and spoke with "Diego" whom I could barely understand. After a heated conversation he gave me a confirmation of a "request to cancel". He said he had no authority to give me a refund or cancellation just a request to the Finance Corp. Office in Dallas TX. located at 4441 North Central Expressway, Suite 110, PMB 406, Dallas TX, 75205. 

I called the Att. General of Texas and am filling a complaint with them. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
