Received an email offering all three credit reports for refundable one dollar. Filled out the required requested information, and very stupidly provided my ATM card information for the dollar. I did not see any highlighted information initially about a seven day cancellation policy on the website as I filled out the forms. It was my belief the dollar was automatically refunded, after receiving your reports. I received the credit report which was a 100 points below my actually credit rating, so I though this is junk and did nothing further.
I received an email, which I only later read after being charge $29.95, and where they informed the new member they had seven days to cancel. That sounded like a scam to me, 1) they did not have the correct credit rating, which 2) lead me to believe they were not very good in reporting information, and 3) which influenced my decision to forget about them even if I lost a buck! The truth of the matter is that this company, along with thousands of others scam the public with programs like this every day.
So buyer beware! I called they to ask for a refund, and they gave me a big run around and said they would have to submit my request to another department in another state. I got an email telling me they denied the request...so if you are even thinking of signing up for your credit report for get it. Keep in mind their web page in bold letters says, "Get all 3 credit reports for free" "and see all 3 reports for a $1" These guys are nothing less than internet crooks, so beware. You have been told.

ScoreSense filed or wrote a reply to my comments about getting Ripoffed! I called the number they suggested I called to provide help t o me in this manner. Scoresense "REFUNDED" my $29.95 without any hassle and in fact was very easy to understand my reaction. Obviously, I would have preferred that they refunded my fee the first time, but at the end of the day they did the right thing, and I have no complaint! Thanks ScoreSense
