Scorpio Systems Limited Ripoff Poor Lead Quality, Suspected DNC Compliance Failure, Bad Service Secunderabad Internet
Scorpio Systems Limited contracted with me to telemarket for refinance/ refinance + cashout exclusive leads. Every customer who was sent the leads generated by ssli.net was completley dissatisfied. Anything from wrong numbers to never having contacted the lead,to leads that did not own real property, to completley wrong information provided. When asked to provide phone records, limited quantity provided and what was provided was less than acceptable. Most voice records sent where embarrasing to my company. Complaint resolution process unacceptably long. Scorpio proved to provide nothing more than junk leads. Even after customers dropped because of the terrible quality, scorpio has continued to refuse me a full refund. We have never dealt with any one called Reno. This mail is done one of competitors or the clients who owe us money for all the leads sent to them. We have been in the business for last 18 months and are generating around 200 leads per day and servicing 30 customers currently. This is done by some one with ill intentions.We would appreciate, if the person can send me a mail on reports@ssli.net. and we assure that they would get a immedaite solution for there concerns.
