Francesca Houston Tx Scott and Sons ripped me off we purchased a car from them in February the car was only 1700 down we put 2500 down break it all down it was 1700 for the down payment tax title and license and the first car note payment all together they waited two months to tell us that Jews payment had not been paid which was not true I have all my receipts my transactions my withdrawals from my bank and all the receipts that they wrote me themselves they want me and my boyfriend to pay $640 before they give us the car back but we don't owe them anything first they wanted 900 then the owner called back and told my boyfriend that he wanted to make friends with us so he would waive repo and storage fee and just to give him $640 the owner and his sons took our money and I will car and now they're wants in $640 before they give us the car which is not right it is rightfully ours and we have been paying notes ever since we had it never missed a month I'm making this report to make others aware of what I wasn't aware of these people are scam artists they prey on people with bad credit in the black community they are very racist people I will be taking my case to Channel 2 Channel 26 Channel 13 Channel 11 Channel 39 news who will listen and take our case and investigate these people I also plan on taking them to court
