Scott contracted to renovate my father's house, Redo the inside, including painting, recarpeting, plumbing and also redo the yard and remove any trash. He partially completed the job and then never showed again. His original price was $3800, which I paid $2700 toward. He has since constantly promised to repay me but as with other people he has done the same with, nothing ever materializes. He has an extensive record and litigation judgements but continues to operate openly and defraud individuals.
