Scott Campbell is an illegal contractor who works under the table after his business license was revoked years ago. He has moved back and fourth from Warwick RI to Cranston Rhode Island over the years and mainly works in that area.
Scott had lost his business and license years ago as a contractor for Seamless Paint & Gutter due to neglected work, frauding customers and not upkeeping his business and workers. He is also a heavy drug user which can be proven. He has been taken to court numerous times.
He is on the Contractors Watchlist website however, it is under his GIRLFRIENDS name, Nicole Jones and the address of the "business" says 193 Greenwich Ave which is Nicoles grandfathers address which has NOTHING to do with his business.
He lost his place of business on Post Rd several years ago along with all his workers and now owns a little shack off of Elmwood Ave and Park Ave.
Everything about his business is illegal, he pays no taxes, no homeowners insurance and alters the name ( Seamless Gutters ) to avoid detection.
He was caught on tape recently stealing from another business using a relatives business truck ( Devine Painting was labelled on the truck on camera along with Scott)
If u let this man work at your home u run the risk of getting scammed and theres little protection due to him not paying into insurance, etc,
There are many LEGAL, law abiding, high class men with an education that have a paint and gutter business.

I have found some more names and numbers used by Seamless Gutters / Scott Campbell and his corrupt friends have used in an effort to weasel around the system. I keep trying to put it all in at once vut continue finding more and more.
EVERYTHING IVE POSTED (Names, numbers, addresses, etc) can be found online. They promote mainly online.
401-Painter is under a Sabrina Gardner which is a friend of Scott Campbell and Nicole Jones. That number originates from Pawtucket RI which they also travel to for work as well.
They have posted in the past that they were located at 381 Weeden St Pawtucket RI 02860 and have contact number 401-405-7445 and 4017246837
When they use to go as 401 Painter they changed the name to 401 PAINTERS and also used to use 2154 Broad St Cranston Rhode Island 02901 as a business address ( if you go to towncontractors.com/mobile/remodeler-providence-ri-401-painters/company-information you will see they put down 401Painters contact 4014057445 located at Broad St )
He has been using 4014057445 as his business cell for a few years along with (401)painter
He has put several different addresses threw out the years on Warwick Ave, Greenwich Ave, Broad St, Weeden t in Pawtucket RI, Park Ave, Elmwood Ave, Etc.
He has a garage at 808 Park Ave in Cranston RI for the last couple years. Its a little white garage that he keeps storage and supplies at (and has kept illegal items but thats none of my business).

I am the original poster who had posted on illegal contractor Scott Campbell.
I have his most recent information (he changes/alters his name of business and phone number several times over the years)
He has been using (((redacted))) for the last few years. Which is his cell number
His other number is 4017246837 a.k.a 401-Painter
He also has a Facebook group with 69 members currently but most, if not all, are family, friends, etc who were recruited to like the page. The FB page is titled " Seamless Gutter & Professional Painting " https://www.facebook.com/seamlessgutter808
Scott Campbell a.k.a Seamless Paint and Gutter ( one known as Domestic Paint and Gutter ) had lost his business several years ago due to being brought to court MANY times for Breach of Contract - Neglect - Fraud - Etc he lost his business which was near Warwick Ave in Warwick RI . He moved to Cranston Rhode Island and now owns a little garage (little white shack) on 808 Park Ave Cranston RI
Everything is illegal. He doesnt pay into taxes anymore, no insurance. He was recently sued by a family in my neighborhood (i dont know them personally but someone close to Scott had told me) for not finishimg the job / Neglect
But although Scott has been sued and taken too court NUMEROUS times over the last decade, he still continues to slither like a serpent and alter the name of his "work"
There are many GREAT, legal, professional contractors, painters and roofers in Rhode Island. Dont settle for this con artist or u run a great risk at getting scammed.

I have gather more information of past addresses and phone numbers used by Scott Campbell, an illegal contractor who continues to fraud people and continues to be taken to court for Breach of Contract and neglect.
When Scott use to go under the name Domestic Paint And Gutter he had the following addresses and numbers

On the Contractors Watchlist the address that was written down was (((redacted))) Warwick Rhode Island which is a relatives address who is unrelated to his "business"

This is not a rebuttal. I am the one who submitted the report on Scott Campbell the illegal contractor from Warwick / Cranston RI. i was trying to update with more information and im having trouble figuring it out.
Scott use to go by the name " Domestic Paint And Gutter " for many years but he had numerous claims (which u can see yourself by googling " Scott Campbell rhode island contractor ")
It has the address down as 14 Marine Ave Warwick Rhode Island and phone number 4014991658 however he has a new address and number. I have the number and im in the process of finding it (just got a new phone so isn't saved) but as soon as i find it i will definitely be posting it up here.
