I recieved an e-mail from Scott@zebok.com. I was having some credit problem and the information that was in the e-mail sounded good to me and thought that it could help.

The product was called Web Credit Guide. Once paid for, you would receive a password and would be able to enter sites that would show deragatory information on your credit report.

Once I entered my password, I was taken to a home page that explained that I needed to click on a website address and follow the instructions. The websites that the document was refering to were the recognize credit reporting agencies.

I clicked on the address and I was then taken to the credit reporting agency's home page. The instructions on the home page was to select your product, such as purchase a credit report or send in a dispute concerning the diragatory information contained in the report.

Remember, I had already paid Scott@zebok.com to be able to address the diragatories and now inorder for me to go any further, I have to pay as a member at each credit reporting agency to enter their site.

I immediatley minimized my screen and opened the solicitation e-mail and replied back to scott@zebok.com. I stated that the solicitation did not clearly describe the services and the product is not anything that was represented. I demaded a refund immediatly.

Scott@rebok.com replied " I will process immediatly.

I have checked my checking account daily and the refund has not been made. I have tried to coorespond with Scott@rebok.com many times and only one other time did he respond. He must have thought that I was another dissatisfied customer and stated " are you sure you want a refund, this product really works"
I responded by stating "refund my money".

to this day, almost 2 months later, I have not been refunded my money which is not a whole lot $39.99, but it is my money. How many people have been taken by this scam? How much money has he ripped off of people that has asked for a refund? If you purchase it and are not satisfied and ask for a refund, you should be entitled to it. If you purchase the junk and don't use it and scratch it up as another stupid purchase then that's fine. I demaded my money back. I reccognize this to be a scam now. I will not sit back and let someone take advantage of me. this is wrong what scott@rebok.com is doing and who knows what else he has up his sleave. BEWARE!
