Scott Evans Chrysler Jeep Dodge Nissan is the worse company I have ever known. As a former employee I have seen the way customers get treated and also the way others get treated. The company does pay not correctly and they have no sympathy for the people who are the reason for the business.

The company promises pay that the employee's never see. They make promises to customers and never keep them. Also besides selling bad vehicles the company wants you to keep any problems under raps for the customer to not know about. To me this is very bad business.

They are very unprofessional in there business and want to find ways out of any situation they put themselves in even though they are in the wrong. Noone wants to work for Scott Evans for the reason of no pay and you cannot build a customer base when they are screwing customers left and right. I would never ask someone to buy a car from his dealership and I hope this community would not support a person who is wanting to take money from employee's for his own good.

In regards to the above REBUTTAL. This manager above LANA who says most employees get fired 99% of the time because of them, should really rethink that considering SHE is the manager who belittles employees for not only doing there work, but the work of others for what they do NOT even get paid for. This manager is a disgrace and exactly why they they lose employees and customers alot!! maybe she needs to rethink her situation and her way of treating employees. sister of a former employee

I hope you see that my point has been made. Once again something said about this company and the blame is placed somewhere else. I can prove all my statements made and this is not a way to blow off steam. People think money can buy everything such as reputation but it really gets you nowhere.

For starters, if you are going to go on the internet to try to discredit your former employer, perhaps you should learn to use both grammar and spell check.

Secondly, this former employee was a sales person. So if customers were treated unfairly, this person was working directly with them and was probably the person who did treat them unfairly. 99% of former sales associates are no longer employed for a reason. They decide that they do not have to follow established guidelines, they do not follow the rules, their sales decline, and then of course it is everyone else's fault that they are now making minimum wage instead of commissions. These same people decide to start personal relationships with other employees, which also distracts them and in turn, reduces their sales.

I have worked for this dealership for several years. Every employee is paid properly every time. There will always be customer complaints, as is true in any retail environment. These complaints are addressed every single time and every effort is made to have completely satisfied customers. Every used car on the lot has a clean Carfax, and goes through the shop for used vehicled reconditioning.

Once again, 99% of dissatisfied former employees should place the blame where it belongs, which is with themselves.
