Complaint Review: Quality Used Engines

I purchased a rebuilt engine for $2440.00 that did arrive on time. Had 10 days to install, however, the replacement was a bad engine. Company shipped 2nd engine which has broken parts. The company manager, Scott Green, is extremely rude and unprofessional. He will not take my calls or give any information as to who I can speak to, in order to help me resolve these problems. Today, when I did speak with him, he actually hung up on me! He doesn't know who he is dealing with. I will surely continue to, patiently, sternly, and emphatically continue to contact this ridiculous company!
