He basically made a lot of promises and then after we paid him he took off with the funds never to return our phone calls or emails. We are making an effort to track him down. We have tried to get a hold of him dozens of times but he refuses to pick up or respond. We are making an effort to track him down. If anybody has some further information on him please let us know.
