SCAM ARTIST !!! CONSUMER BEWARE !!!! Do your research before you hire and fall into the same trap as others have. Buyer BEWARE !!! Scott Mann from Mann Tucker Muir attorney in Kansas is nothing short of a FRAUDSTER who will ring your bill for his own benefit. I speak from experience. He waits till the last second and forces more litigation, why? because it is good for his pocket. His practices are not resolution focused but wants to take advantage of two indivisuals fighting for his own benefit. He will purposely delay matters so that there is more chaos and more litigation so that he can benefit from billing his clients. Unfortunately his reviews speak for themselves.

This is what one Google Review said " Then came the $10,000 bills from Scott, totalling over $65,000. When I questioned what these bills were for, and what work he had done for me, he fired me about a month before my court date leaving me without counsel during my trial. I felt like my case was just a means to an end for him, and that he was more interested in prolonging the length of my case to generate more money, and the second I started questioning why it was costing so much he bailed on me."

Imagine being kicked to the curb by himafter you bill someone $65,000 and then a weeks before the trial leaving them stranded. Why?? simply because they questioned their bill. This speaks of his reputation clearly and abundantly.
