I ordered $4400 worth of affiliate marketing products from Scott Ohnmeiss from Crossett, Arkansas and they were never shipped and I didn't receive a refund. The fake website looked real, the ordering was easy and he was a very smooth talker. Once Scott Ohnmeiss got my money and as the weeks passed my products were never arrived. So I kept calling Scott Ohnmeiss in Arkansas but my calls weren't returned. When I emailed him a few more times he finally sent me a tracking number that didn't work, it was fake. I emailed some more and he wrote that the order would be delayed because of the "many" orders they were processing at the time.
After a month Scott Ohnmeiss stopped replying back to my emails, he never called me back from my dozen or so voice mails. I eventually did a search for Scott Ohnmeiss Fraud and realized (too late) from all the complaints on the Internet that his business model is to take money from people, then ignore them for as long as it takes for them to "give up", free money for Scott Ohnmeiss.
As a disabled Veteran that fought in the wars for this country, it's sad that I'm on a limited income to start with, and then to have someone like Scott Ohnmeiss take advantage of me and strip me of 8 months of savings so that now I can't upgrade the kitchen for my wife and kids, I have to start all over, find a real vitamin company or downgrade and go to GNC and buy what I can afford.
This is America, yet Scott Ohnmeiss roams free to pillage and plunder and steal, he only cares about himself by stealing from others and his greed allows him to forget about those of us that served with pride for this great country and are not millionaires that can afford a $4400 loss which to me and my family is huge. I complained to the FTC so I'll see how that goes, what else can I do.
I included Scott Ohnmeiss mugshots located from a post at a complaints site so you can see who you're dealing with. I wish you luck, it didn't work out for me and my family.

I'm Scott, the man mentioned in the above post, however it's actually a post that "I" made about Frank Lamark over at pissed consumer "before" this post was ever made, here's the original post: (((REDACTED))) I found Frank Lamark photo's and Frank Lamark pictures online and uploaded some on the Pissed Consumer post, so this might have sparked the tantrum, don't know.

I also found online and included a "#1 Fugitive From Justice" poster at an arrest website:http://illinois.arrests.org/Arrests/Frank_Lamark_26812180/

And then found at Google Docs: https://docs.google.com/document/d/10AIF1rCjMw7VzJB67uY7DimfD3CARpvmSoKn_j2_4oM

The affiliate scheme and MLM scam thing that Frank Lamark mentions and that he makes sound like some sort of Bernie Maddof ponzi deal is actually just an advertising site (that isn't even mine) where you can place banner ads: http://www.leasedadspaceteam.com and it has nothing to do with MLM or network marketing although if it was MLM related even MLM is a legal business models, you know Amway, Hebalife and the others.

What Frank Lamark did in anger because I posted about getting scammed by him, was that he then copy and pasted my post to the Pissed Consumer site, then to Complaints Board and finally here at Rip-Off report. When you visit the very first link above you'll see I did the first post, then he followed behind me and copied it then replaced my name with his then posted it elsewhere. Not sure if he thought eveyone else in the world is stupider then him, but the dates on those posts make it clear that there are very smart people out there, I suspect my at Pissed Consumer explains why he did it. My opinion is that wasn't very professional at all and I look forward to entertainment value of his smoke and mirrors post here in rebuttal, all without merit, all just hot air and postering, meaningless.

There's much more here at rip-off report about Frank Lamark, however when you see all those responses from "Angela" it's my opinion that it's you know... Frank Lamark writing all the responses himself attempting the same old damage control: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/specific_search/frank%20lamark

Frank, please stop copying my original complaint, switching out our names and then posting it. Not only is a 100% libel suit win for me (read up on that soon), but I'll be forced to respond back to it with facts and links as in this posts and I can do this all day long... remembered I'm retired, so it's either work in the garden which I like, or respond to your fake posts which I don't mind... heck, you decide.
