This customer wrote us a bad check in the amount of $85 for videos. He refuses to respond to our written letters to honor his bad check debt.

1. You can contact the Police Department on this.
or
2. Have your Accountant fill out a Form 1099 (I think that is the correct one). That way he has to pay income tax on the amount owed to you. (It would be a write-off to you)but a big pain in the rear to him. Do it after April 15th to add insult to injury as they say. (Again check with your Accountant if you can do this after the April 15th date)
3. You may want to put up a sign in your business listing all those that owe you for bad checks in a place where others can read it. (Check with your attorney before you do so to see if this is possible)
