and if anything else related he would take care of it, he deducted the 100 from the purchase price, i got the car on verbal agreement between mr tucker my mother and i a few days after purchase less then 400 miles Check Engine light came on, pulled immediately into Autozone and found code 7041 torque converter clutch...contacted Mr Turner as i didnt even get the car to be serviced, but had the mechanic top off fluid, mr Tucker is denying he said he would take care of it, although i feel the deduction for the service states he did..but now ges telling me tough luck, as is no warranty

Purchased a Honda odessey mini van, had my mechanic check it out they said tranny fluid is Very low and Dark, i informed Brahma motors Scott of this he agreed to both me and my mother, to pay 100 dollars towards a service ensured us nothing wrong but would honor service and anything they find. We purchased car. I made service arrangements , and it never made it, car check engine light came on i immediately pulled into autozone to find code 0740 torque converter Having car to shop tomorrow to see what is going on. Contacted Mr Tucker and he basucally said i gave you a hundred dollars off price thats all you are getting. Once i informed him id be filling complaints he went balistic started yelling and screaming at me my problem, not his, i bought car and signed all the paper work for As is warranty and Arbritration in case of issue. I informed him, my mother purchased the car, she was requested to be lein holder, i signed the paper work, but she bought the car..she can sue you as lien holder, he said go down the RD and find another car cause he is done and this is not his problem

No Sir, you are incorrect...my mechcanic will back me up...they told me to get a service because when under inspection there was no fluid what so ever in the van,the mechcanic stated i think theres something wrong obviously as there is no flyid, my mechcanic ccan inly assume there was an issue, and person w common sense, would agree, n you dont have to be a mechcanic to understand that obviously there was an issue or it would have had fluid in it...to begin w, if brahama motors had really checked n inspected the car they were selling, they would have put fluid in it.I i was assured by mr Tucker, that transmission was verified by his mechcanicc,

in my agreement between my mother Scott Tucjer n myself, was he would pay 100 for service n if transmission failed he would take care of it, due to the fact that my mechcanuc felt there was an issue. But could not be sure until fluid was put in n van was drivin...really?????? No You ripped me off, come on you knew van had no fluid, as you letting people test drive it... You were extremely rude ...when i informed you tranny had failed n i expect you to back your product..it cost another 2800 to get repaired a fee Mr Tucker stated he would take care of in fact after the service it failed, let me see what was his statement to us,,,i man of my word, .... Ha..right..dont buy anything from these people or you will be sorry...is all i can do is warm people Then thats what i will do... More Lies More deciet, my mother is a 70 year old woman, im a 50 uear old woman...they saw us coming, n then lied, n didnt keep thier WORD. Kim Gossom. Jonestown Tx

At our expense we had the car evaluated by our mechanic. Additionally, the customer demanded the opportunity to take the car to an independent mechanic. She did. After the independent evaluation, she requested a monetary accommodation for a transmission service. We agreed to the accommodation. We clearly stated that this was an as-is purchase and agreed to the repair after the evaluation by the customers mechanic. But, was is not sufficient to keep the customer happy. She then wanted us to treat the purchase as if it was warrantied, which it was not. Additionally, the customer was informed that she could purchase an extended warranty through the dealership to cover additional repairs, she waived this option. Brahma, effective May 1st, ceased day to day business operations. During a two-year tenure, we sold about 80 cars. This was our only posted customer complaint.
