Scott Young / Graham Associates Did not complete work for services payed for BAY SHORE NEW YORK
I payed scott young that is a unlicensed architect for a set of plans and he is did not complete the work i payed him for. He is fraud Artchiect that just takes people money and does not finish the work . I would not recommend him to anyone
