We were sold a cat from this cattery we paid her 1400.00 for a scottish fold kitten that is now dying from FIP a incurable disease from his litter mates. She tried to sell us a 170.00 health certificate that by Fl Law has to be supplied to us for free. She has refused to get with us about this regardless of many attempts to contact her. Our son has autism and just lost his cat of many years so we bought this to replace her and now this one has to be put down. This is not only heart breaking experience but its also cost us over 2k on vet bills. This lady must be put out of business as well as her friends in buisiness with her. Thank you for gour assistance in this matter. Scott n Sherry Pearce

Buyer provided false information regarding situation

Mr and Mrs Pearce bought kitten in November 2016. They refused to ubtain health certificate and signed it on agreement.

As a new owners they were still responcible to do at least two more immunizations after first one that was provided by seller. We have no prove if they did so and how they took care of the kitten.

4 month after purchase cat got sick. By law you can return pet within 2 week after purchase if it's sick.  Animal control supervizer confirmed that if buyer signed agrement to refuse to buy health sertificate, it's become buyers full responcibily for the health of the pet. Wherefor what's happened to kitten in 4 month and how it was treated is a big question to a buyer.

Seller responded to Pearce via text shortly after they reached out. Seller felt sorry about situation and even offered 50% refund. Buyer was rude and thretened to put seller in trouble and refused to take money.

There is No prove of buyers spending 2K on vet. Documents they provided showes less than a 1k in expences.

We have a lot of happy buyers who's writing a good reviews and coming back for more kittens.

Any domestic pet need a lot of care. There is garanty that your pet will get sick at any age.
