Avoid this place like the plague! The practitioners at Scottsdale Ridge Medispa only know one way to administer Botox, and the management does not stand behind their services. I went in to Scottsdale Ridge Medispa at the 7344 E Deer Valley Rd., Suite 100 location, and the results were not at all what I requested.

I specifically told the technician what I wanted - she pretended to listen and assure me she understood and could do it - then she did something else!

When the desired result was of course not achieved, I contacted management to ask for a refund. They refused. Very disappointing not only was I out the money but had to wait 8 months before getting the procedure done correctly elsewhere (it takes that long for the botched Botox to wear off).

In addition to refusing to refund my money, the tech apparently lied to her manager and told her she had tried to up-sell me (get me to buy more units of Botox) and that it was my refusal that caused the problem. The truth is that she never mentioned more units would be needed, and indeed, the units were simply placed in the wrong spots, so it was a matter of location, not quantity.

Scottsdale Ridge Medispa hires staff to administer Botox that have only minimal training. To protect themselves when they botch a job, they lie. This clinic has no plan for clients with requests that deviate from the most standard, simple applications of Botox. Rather than LISTEN to the client, admit they don't have the skill to perform the requested procedure, and make a referral, these folks just take your money and mess up your face.

Scottsdale Ridge Medispa is stealing peoples hard earned money and lying to their clients.

"Current Client" needs to read more carefully

Dear "Current Client"

If you read the complaint thoroughly, you will see that the issue was not a matter of MORE, but WHERE it was injected. In fact, fewer than 20 units can be administered to produce the desired effect of a brow lifted at the arch. Again, this was all explained thoroughly to the practitioner at the onset, and she insisted she knew how to perform the requested treatment. She sadly did not.

Jacqueline was not the person who administered the Botox. She was however, the one who refused to make the situation right, which is why she is losing clients.

I have been a patient/client of SRMS and Jacqueline has always been nothing less than the perfect professional and her skills are nothing short of amazing. I am always troubled by people who clearly do not understand the full nature of treatment. Of coarse your other dr "fixed" the problem you obviously need more Botox as they tried to explain to you. I highly recommend SRMS to everyone!
