Complaint Review: Scrap In A Snap

Here are comments posted on scrap in a snap's own internet site recently about how their customers are treated. They order a product, they charge their credit card account immediately, and never receive the product. Then, they can't even find out if/when the product will be delivered. This company just continues and continues to rip people off. Here's a direct quote from a customer from their own internet site:

"I too would love to get an answer. I am at risk of losing a downline over this. She too has been billed months ago for May's kit and is really concerned to say the least that her CC is being charged and she is not getting the products, and I can't say I blame her.
Please can someone give us something on this situation. I really can't understand why we can't get an explanation. I also am not trying to be negative, I just want a realistic answer to tell her. TIA"

As you can see this quote just shows how extremely terrible this company is at responding to their customers and the continuing scams they pull. I wonder if scrap in a snap will fire this consultant for questioning them, like they do everyone else?
