Yes, Scrap In A Snap is at it again. Instead of acknowledging to their independent consultants and customers that they are tax evaders.tTey just tell everyone that it's all lies and that they are hiring more attorneys.

Why haven't they registered to do business in any known state? Why are they refusing to register to do business in any known state? Why have they never paid any sales taxes to any state for years and years and years?

Further, Ms. Tamme Henry, instead of confronting a problem, she claims to hire more attorneys (can they even afford to do this or is this just scare tactic by them?) Scrap In A Snap tries to sound mean and tough, but I doubt they even have the resources or the credibility to get any decent attorney to do anything for them.

Ms. Tamme Henry also claims she's going to "stop the lies and slander being spread about us". This is what she said on her own website today. What a joke. First, she needs to look up the definition of slander. Secondly, there are hundreds if not thousands that would agree that there are no lies being told anywhere by pissed off ex-consultants and ex-customers - just the pathetic truth about a really pathetic company and really pathetic people that are involved with such an inept organization. YOU DON'T PAY YOUR TAXES AND EVERY STATE NOW KNOWS ABOUT YOU! How is that a lie?

She just doesn't know when to keep her mouth shut - here's what Ms. Henry put on her own website just today:

"Recruiting- Once again, LP seems to be targeting our consultant base to try to grow their business. If you receive an unsolicited letter from this company or any other, please forward it to randy@scrapinasnap.com so that we can take legal action. Its been a year and still their consultants refuse to leave our consultant base alone. Weve hired a new attorney to stop it once and for all, as well as an attorney that specializes in internet law so we can stop the lies and slander being spread about us. We know this is tough on all of our SIAS family and find the entire situation puzzling and exhausting. While SIAS has made its share of mistakes, weve admitted to them, tried to solve them and continue building our business. We find it disappointing that other businesses or individuals dont respect the same. We will continue to do so but are going to step up the legal pressure to protect our name and your SIAS business as well. And please remember that it is against SIAS policy to try to recruit anyone with another direct sales scrapbooking company or to "bash" them, their consultants, or their product line on the various scrapbooking message boards. This is something we dont want to be known for and find it surprising that other companies find it acceptable behavior."

Hmmm - maybe if they ran their business professionally, treated people right, had some business sense, and paid their taxes - they wouldn't have any problems. She acts all high and mighty, I think she might have a disorder of some sort. She claims to be all high and mighty, but at the same time they're violating state laws left and right, don't pay taxes, bounce checks, commit credit card scams, and the list goes on.

Great job, Ms. Henry - keep it up - she's making her company more comical by the minute.

Did it ever occur to the brainiacs at SIAS that there are dozens of places to snatch the email addresses of SIAS consultants in order to send "unsolicited emails"? No one needs to rob their locator of addresses, you can go to many websites and message boards and groups and find hundreds of SIAS consultant email addresses. Good Grief - this is AMERICA - you don't OWN your consultants or their email addresses. If they get a better deal (and heaven knows they should be looking for one), then they have the right to leave- THEIR CHOICE! If they respond to an email offering them a better way to run their business, THEY ARE FREE TO DO TAKE IT. You can't sue people for sending emails to the consultants who have posted on public boards. Email addresses in the public domain are PUBLIC DOMAIN.

Here's a suggestion to stop the problems - 1) OWN UP TO THEM and stop casting blame on others. You hired the people who created the problems so you are at fault 2) PUBLICLY apologize to the customers and consultants who trusted you - you don't deserve their trust again until this is all cleared up and 3) Fix the problems IMMEDIATELY - even if it causes you personal financial problems - tough! When this tax fiasco hits the consultants, THEY will suffer financial loss in the form of double taxation - once to you and once to their state to fix the mess. Stop sniveling about your feelings being hurt over this and start acting like a BUSINESS OWNER and a GROWNUP.

And, BTW, Utah Court Records and copies of NSF checks don't lie. This isn't slander - this is the ugly truth.
