Scratch N' Sniff Publishing Took my money & won't refund! Palmdale California
I will try to make a LONG story short! Short version: I purchase a cookie cutter online on Feb. 9th 2008 - for the amount of $17.90 though my pay pal account. (too much time has lapsed so pay pal won't do anything about it!) Anyways the lady/company I bought it from never shipped the item, so I call the phone number from my pay pal account and I got these stories from the seller:
I was out of work for awhile with back problems, I will ship your item out
Someone else is in charge of doing my website
The price of the item since has gone up so it will be more money now
My computer is broke down
I will issue you a refund - give me your address (which I did, the refund NEVER came!)
I don't have access to the password on website
Send a request to issue a refund through pay pal (which I did and now her pay pal account is NO good!)
WELL needless to say, I am TIRED of waiting for my money to be refunded! Please tell me how I can get my money back!? I don't think people should be allowed to rip people off over the internet! What other steps can I take that I haven't already!? I have called her several times! Also send corespondence to another email account of hers at:
skunk11@aol.com - which now she is not answering anymore!
Also filled a complaint with BBB and local authorities, I will continue with my mission to get my money back!
