Scratch2cash.com Ripoff Don't want to pay off the big prizes, give excuses. Internet
I joined this website called scratch2cash.com and deposited money into their account, I started playing and then soon after I hit a $30000 prize, when I went to claim it they told me that it was a bug in the system and will not pay me, I have video and a snapshot of the webpage clearly showing that I won and sent it to them, they didn't care. In my opinion they are a scam, they don't even let you cash out before spending almost all your money.

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Mon, May 26, 2008
I simply disagree with Jorge and his statements, as a former employee, and former
director of the Customer Service & CRM Departments, I can tell with complete
confidence that Scratch2Cash is "bug" free. The system is periodically tested by
independent laboratories.
Every complaint is revised and answered to players, with a concise and proper
explanation, in a short period and after is fully checked by the technical dept.
I will not make any statements on Jorge's case, but it is from my previous
experience that sometimes, players do not understand and/or have not read the
game instructions and/or the cash out policy.
Scratch2Cash, was and till the momemnt I left the company for personal reasons
have been giving millions of Euros, US$ and GBP to players.
i.e.: On October 07, a player form France won 200K jackpot, and I can not count
how many times I've transferred prices bigger than 10K, 30K, etc.
