ScratchGiftClaim the company failed to send the prizes we won
On Feb 2nd 2018 we attended a buyers club presentation, 7th my wife registered scratchgiftclaim on line for a 7 day cruise for 2. On Feb 8th I registered with the scratch giftclaim on line to attempt to change from the cruise to the 3 day trip with air and hotel. I got no response telling me that it was not approved due to the previous registration. In fact I received a confirmation email saying that it was accepted. Subsequently we have received nothing regarding the travel we registered for and have no way of contacting this company to find out what the delay is.
