Roy Scheider also known as Roy Richard Scheider and a great star of classics as Jaws I, Jaws II, The French Connection, The Seven-Ups and All That Jazz has been ripped of by several awards committees of the tribute, credit and honor that is due to him.

It is a well known fact that Hollywood Award Groups and Hollywood movie studios have a tendency to use their talented ones for their own profit making and earning potential and afterwards readily dispose of them when their value ceases to be noteworthy or worthwhile to them any more.

Such has been the case with this great star.  The above-mentioned influencers have relegated such a great and gifted talent to being a second-class and third class person or individual who should have never deserved such treatment since notable and memorable contributions have been made by this individual's life and work.

It is scandalous to say the least and Roy Scheider is just an example of the criminal devices of those groups who have thrown away many of the gifts that have been given to them after they have finished using them and taking advantage of them for their own gains.

This actor and great contributor and others like him deserves greater respect, honor, appreciation and valuation for the impartation that him and others like him have made with the services that they have rendered over a period of time.

Let us see if the inventiveness, creativeness, and innovation of the SAG and other influencers like them leads them to become inventive enough to invent a way to pay memorable attention to the achievements of this artist lest we say that they have forgotten what the word artist truly means.

Those who fail to appreciate exceptional artists and artistes and their exceptional artistry are those whom we should never consider exceptional because only those who are exceptional tend to have an exceptional memory that never forgets an exceptional moment that was created by an exceptional man.
