screenaid.com Faulty product would not answer e-mails Internet

I paid for a new LCD for a laptop, I received it and it looked like it was in good condition. I then installed it onto the laptop to see that it was damaged. The back light would not work, so the screen would not light up and upon further inspection, I realized there were lines running across the screen when it was on as well. Their "live chat" on their website was down so I could not contact them in that way and they have no phone number to call either. And when I e-mailed them I got no response. I would like to return the faulty product and get my money back, but I cannot contact them to do so.
