Customer Service is "manned" by ONE person who will ask you to take a digital picture of your leaning partition and email it to the company, so that they can ascertain WHY it's leaning.

I can't believe this company thinks people are stupid enough to believe that they can determine (from a digital picture) the cause of their defective merchandise. This is a ploy to "bide" time (if you don't have a digital camera, you have to borrow or buy one). Customers not wanting to deal with the hassle of the "digital picture fiasco" and/or the hassle/cost to return this large and heavy product may just decide to keep the defective product after all (what the company wants you to do).

Apparently, temperature changes affect the glue on these partition panels causing them to warp or bend or lean...but the customer service representative will act as if your complaint about your leaning partition is the first of its kind.

The majority of this company's clients (schools, churches and other religious institutions) cannot afford to pay the hundreds of dollars for the return shipping (Screenflex requires the customer to pay for the return shipping for the defective partition).
