Complaint Review: Screenplay Readers

I paid for Screenplay Coverage of my feature film script. It was one of the worst reviews I have ever seen. Not because of the critiques, but because the actual review contained grammatical errors and wrong story plot points as well as character names. My reader wrote like a low level ESL student who was doing a rushed school assignment. If I hadn't shelled out over a hundred dollars, I might be a bit more forgiving. But for "professional coverage" I was astounded at the amount of grammatical errors I saw. Now, I contacted the company and I said, we can make this right, if you assign my script to a different reader since, I felt the quality of my first reader was below professional standards. They haven't replied since and it has been a week. They were quick to take my money, but I'm not asking for my money back, just to have my script appropriately judged.

^^^ That is what I wrote to the owner of the company. After days of radio silence he Immediately sent me an email and called me a liar (The owner of the company!) A "professional" if you will. I was not asking for my money back, just for my script to be given to another reader. So I sent him an email backwith photographic proof of my claims. Again, radio silence for about a week. So, I posted a review on another website and within minutes, I had another email from him. He challenged me to post the review on the website for other people to see. What is this, a playground school fight? What kind of professional acts like this? I told him no because;

A) Stop deflecting

B) This has nothing to do with the Yelp community. This is between you and your shady business practices and myself. No one else is involved.

He then said he will give a 10% off coupon in my name to people who will buy from him in the future! He is a real piece of work. Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give this company any money or time unless you are a glutton for punishment.
