I am not as tech-savvy as I wish was, but enough to find out certain things. I used Scribd for the first 30 days free, then paid two months. I then cancelled my subscription on April 17th when I was notified, what I thought was cancelled but it wasn't. I was charged again and realized it on April 21st. I didn't need to continue, got all I need from them.

They are very hard to get a hold of via email, no way to contact them email or phone I didn't want to write a letter because it would take to long. So I went to "Trustpilot" dot com and wrote a review. They saw that right away and responded with contact us via email.  So I did and it went nowhere, they wouldn't answer me about my refund and it was on autopilot with a response of "contact us" very annoying. It did this several times.

So I had to keep on updating through "trust pilot" I am done with that. Nothing pisses me off more than going in circles with a conversation and people acting stupid refusing to answer my question. They stole my $8.99. I know it might not seem like much, but ever since this virus bs started, theft from the corporations, bankers and online business theft has been on the rise.  From Amazon to Etsy, Go Bank, Ali Express. I will be writing all my theft experiences, in the last two months, I must have had about 500 plus stolen from me.
