Sriptlance provided a service I was happy to pay for. The trail from which to make payment (moneybookers) was not clear and frustrating. A payment for $597.39 (moneybookers transaction 2349822420)was made for Scriptlance project #1266095477. There is no customer service number, address, or contact except for a web-based help that takes 1-4 days for each response (even if I respond within minutes of the response that took 3 days to get - then it takes another day or two for the next response. The transaction took place 17 days ago and I can not get a clean line of communication. I don't care about the delay in getting the money back, just the line of communication so I know somebody cares. This is the second transaction where I had a problem. In there defense I have found that if everything goes perfect the system works well -- But if there is a problem good luck. I paid for the project using PayPal and that went fine, so my project is closed, but I still have not gotten my lost 597.39 back. Very poor customer service.  


Over the last month, they have responded 1 out of 3 requests for assistance.  Lastly stating they would request a refund from Moneybookers.  Two weeks later this is the response from Moneybookers: 


We would like to confirm that according to our records the transaction in question was successfully processed and the funds have been transferred to the account of the respective Merchant.


 


Since you have not received the service that you have payed for, we have forwarded this case to the department in charge and we have given Scriptlance 5 days to confirm the status of your payment. Please note that as soon as there is development on this case or the above-mentioned time frame expires, we will get back to you.
