Do not give SCS Private Funding, Ellis Funding any money.  This is a Scam!!  My wife and I started out with OwnerWiz Rent to Own, which put us in contact with Wayne  and a Patti Bowler with Upware who in turn put us in contact with Tyler Black with LMT Pro Services (all of which are run by the same people).  Tyler then tells us that the loan will be provided through SCS Private Funding.  To go out, search for our home (which is in another State, traveling from Michigan to Tennessee).  We did this many, many times.  Had several closings on three different homes, because the closing dates would come and go and nothing was finalized, thank goodness we at least included in our proposals that it was subject to financing), this went on from mid-March 2012 to September 17, 2012.  We finally got in touch with Tyler Black from LMT Pro Services who told us they were no longer going to do business with SCS private funding, because hundreds of loans were not being finalized at all.  And that we would be refunded our money as soon as they rec'd it back from SCS Private Funding.  Well, that has now been about 4 months.  No return phone calls, etc.  We did receive a letter from LMT Pro Services lawyers that they would be paying back refunds but in monthly increments.  That was mid-November 2012, yet here we are still, first week of January 2013, no contact and no money returned.
These people are nothing but scammers and need to be jailed for taking advantage of all of us individuals that put our trust and faith in them to do the right thing.
Class action lawsuit?!  We're in!!
