Complaint Review: Scuba Dive It Kurt Schaefer

Scuba Dive It, Kurt Schaefer TOOK MY MONEY TO BOOK CLASSES, BUT WHEN I ATTENDED MY FIRST CLASS THEY DISAPPEARED AND HAD ABANDONED THEIR OFFICE AND NO ONE ANSWERED PHONES. THEY SHUT DOWN THEIR BUSINESS AND NEVER BOTHERED TO REFUND ME. DO NOT PAY OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE AS THEY ARE STILL COLLECTING MONEY FROM THEIR SITE EVEN AFTER DISAPPEARING. Pompano Beach Florida

I booked an Open Water PADI certification Private Beach & Boat with Scuba Dive It almost a month prior to class. When arriving at my class at the scheduled time, I noticed no one was parked in the lot. I waited about 20 minutes, before peaking into the glass door, and saw that the office looked abandoned. I called their phone number many times, and left a voicemail, and nothing. I waited longer, and still no one showed up. These people took my money to book this class, and then they just vanished off the face of the earth, never giving me what I paid for. They never bothered to issue me a refund or call me that they decided to close shop. Do NOT pay these people or book anything with them, they are STILL taking in payments from their website, which is totally messed up.

Had some issues with the original booking date, but Kurt fixed the issue to my satisfaction. The class was great and Kurt is an awesome instructor. Highly recommended.
