SCV Independent never ran my advertisement Valencia, California
SCV Independent exchanged services with our company for $600 of advertising services. We submitted an advertisement to Alex Schildkret on 10/1/09. On 10/19/09 Alex confirmed he would run the advertisement in the next issue. By December, they had still not run the advertisement. When we spoke to SCV Independent, they told us that they had halted all publications and would not restart until February. We ultimately ran the ad with another publication, and SCV Independent never reimbursed us the $600.
