SD Wheel Corp Steves Discount Wheels Jason Will Not Make Contact Carol Stream Nationwide

Purchased wheels by phone. Spoke with sales rep 4 times. Received emails regarding billing and shipping. Wheels arrived by UPS. Lug Nuts were for the wrong truck. Spoke with sales person, verified truck information, was told new logs would be sent. Never happened, contact ceased. Mounted tires, purchased proper lugs from a different vendor. Had sever vibration. Tire vendor rebalanced, remounted, replaced tires, replaced tires again with " better brand". Had wheels checked, 2 are "out of true". 4 months, numerous phone calls, emails, voice mails later, Jason leaves me a voice mail. And that has been the entire extent of the warranty service I have received. One voice mail. I even try pressing 2 for sales, sales people automatically redirect my call to service, they will not listen. Speaking with state police in both PA and IL. US AGs office, and my bank to see if I can recover the 2000+ I spent. Anyone from SD Wheel Corp care to contact me now?
