SDE*SKIDELIXEQUINOX I have been getting this order for years. When I called Yeats ago to cancel my order, the company lowered the price on one of the products, and canceled the other one for me. I am now retiring and this expense is a little over my budget, so I called to cancel and they can't find my account. After the fourth try, they told me to cancel it through my bank account. My bank told me that doesn't always work. If they change the amount by one cent, it can still go through....AND it will cost me $35 to stop the order. BLUFFDALE UT, Utah

 I have been getting this product for years. It is a vitamin c cream for skin care. I quite like the product. Years ago, I got two products from them. It was too expensive, so I called to cancel it. They lowered the price on the vitamin c cream, and I was able to cancel the other one. That worked well. I just retired, however, and determined even this did not fit into my budget, so I called to cancel my account/ order. They could not find my account but told me they would send it to the business office and it would be canceled. Here it is a month later and I got another shipment. I called them back. They still could not find my account. They said they would send it to the office and if they could find my account they would cancel it. I got no call so I called them back a week later. They still could not find my account so suggested I go to the bank and cancel it at the bank. I was scared to send back the box I just received since I was already charged for it. I went to the bank. They told me it would cost $35 to refuse any other orders, and that it wasn't guaranteed to work. F the company changed the amount by one cent, the order would still go through. I called them back and told them that the bank told me they should be able to find my account unless it had been subletted. They also told me to tell them that transactions not permitted are fraud. They said they couldn't find my account, and suggested that they were not responsible if the phone number was wrong on my bank statement for them. I have one more option and that is to cancel my card and have another one issued. Any advice?
