SDS Designs Steven Sheardown Sold a defective product and failed to issue a replacement or refund. Bradenton Florida
Ordered a table and paid in full. It was produced in a light color although we ordered it as dark as possible and when notified them they put a top coat on to darken it up. The top coat flakes off with the slightest touch. We were apologized to and they said they are getting us a new one.
They even told us once that it was on the truck and would be delivered on a certain day. It never showed up.
Nothing but lies throughout the whole process.
3 months later still nothing and they refuse to send our money back. We ordered this table almost a year ago and still have no resolution.

I had a good conversation with the owner since filing this report. He has taken full responsibility and has issued a refund check that is scheduled to arrive this morning according to fedex. I believe the owner is a good guy and wanted to make things right.
