Complaint Review: Seabreeze Publications Inc

I contacted Seabreeze Publications, Inc to advertise in a small community paper in Boca Pointe Country Club where I reside. They are the company that publishes this paper. I never knew what the circulation or how often they publish this paper, I assumed it was every 3 month since I don't remember getting this paper that often. Seabreeze Publications, Inc claimed that it's every month publication, which I didn't question since I never monitored how often I was getting that paper. We agreed on the price, signed the contract and it was supposed to be in 3 times publication. The first month I never received the paper in the mail I called Seabreeze Publications, Inc because I thought they didn't run it, I didn't get any calls on my ad. Seabreeze Publication assured me that the paper was distributed and for some reason I didn't get it, then the next month the same thing happened, paper never came to my mailbox, I never got one call from my ad and I asked for money back at that point. Publisher Sean Reid appologises, promissed to run my ad for free and don't charge me and refund me $100 for the second month run, well he never did. Third month paper wasn't delivered to my mailbox again. Seabreeze Publications defrauded me by not publishing the quantity that they claim, maybe they didn't publish it at all, this paper available online on country club website, but I paid for print since the residents in Boca Pointe community do not go online to read this paper, they only read it when they get it in the mail. When I ask for proof that the paper was distributed Sean Reid said that he has postal records and proof but he never emailed them to me, probably because they don't exist. I paid Seabreeze Publications, Inc $200 for nothing. Sean Reid refused to refund me my money, Sean Reid is a liar and a fraud!
