I purchased a seagate internal hard drive for my computer, I hooked it up and nothing worked.
I sent it to some computer specialists who even contacted seagate techs that told them how to check the hard drive. After a couple of days and $79.00 more of my money, I was told by them I would have to send the hard drive back to seagate, because it was not working at all, and it was under warrenty.USPS that the hard drive was returned, It now has been a week and seagate still states that they have not received the drive.
I spent over one hour on hold waiting to talk to someone there, and listening to the stupid recordings to use the web site to which you get no where with.
and some lousy repeated music, no one answered the phone.
This company needs to go out of business or sell out to someone else.
