the police log entry and a report verifying my story in my stalking/vandalism case have "disappeared." all suport for my case has essentially disappeared--against all police fail-safe procedures. how can this be?

three different clerks searched and found not a single thing. they insist "if it were there, we'd find it." there is nothing under my name, stalker/vandal's name, the date or addresses.

my car was vandalized three times, for thousands of dollars. no one else on the street was vandalized and it was near the suspect's house.

i terminated a brief acquaintance with a woman down the street and her husband when i realized how creepy they were. it made her angry and she began stalking and harassing me. someone unknown is harassing my landlord.

the husband warned me he "always paid people back but in ways that couldn't be traced to him." vandalism was one of the ways--he admitted doing it before. i rejected his advances in no uncertain terms and stopped speaking or interacting with either.

a temporary restraining order is in place against her. i have to go to court on friday, Dec. 15 to extend it.

on the stalking, she followed me one night and three black and whites were dispatched to her house to tell her to leave me alone. at least, they told me that was the plan. (there is no record of this whatsoever. no log entry. no report. either the info was never recorded, lost or erased.)supposedly, a log entry is made EVERY time a car is dispatched.

a month or so later, i reported the vandalism. she was my sole suspect although he could have done it, too.

the patrolman's report about the vandalism (a separate incident) was immediately labeled "suspended." he did not go at the suggested time, perhaps he was unable to do so. but he found no one home and the report now carries only a token entry that he "tried." the case was not given to a detective as I was told it would be. there was no investigation whatsoever. They strung me along for three weeks; now time has run out.

i belive it was labeled a "woman's spat" and he was told not to follow up.

how were all police procedures circumvented to "erase" me? and what do i do about it?

i'd do the legwork if i thought i could get her on the other charges but no one saw anything.
