To anyone reading this,

Sealmaxx has stepped up to the plate!
Because of a crooked accountant, they were the victims of a very large in/house cash loss.
Along with that mess, came a ledger that Einstein would've had trouble straightening out.
Everything has been unravelled, and Sealmaxx is in the process of paying me all monies owed.

I investigated this situation much further than I originally had. I now know and understand the whole picture better. I was wrong and I hope you accept my apologies to both of you.
If you look, you will notice that I posted my remarks at 4 in the morning. I was up drinking and my mind was playing tricks on me.

After reading your response that was posted on 9/14/06, I went back and read all 21 posts.

It looks as if Ted is really after your company for what ever sick reason he may have.

In addition to posting most of the 21 reports on this site, Ted has also been going to other websites and posting the same material.

I am not a big fan of the BBB or companies that claim super-long warranties. I am even less of a fan of people like Ted who post false statements about companies like yours on the Internet.

There is no doubt that Ted is laughing about my comments and there is no doubt that he is really pleased with himself. So I will close with the fact that Ted must be a real Christian for posting lies and I think S. Freud would have a few comments about his lack of manhood!

Rip-off does not do anything to monitor these postings so anyone can post anything. All these complaints must not be real or someone would have contacted us by now to resolve a real issue. When you are in a service industry like SealMaxx, there will always be some complaints...that's just reality. We work very hard to resolve all complaints, and that's the bottom line.

We do hundreds and hundreds of jobs each year and with only a few complaints. We at SealMaxx strive for 100% customer satisfaction. What is sad is people who use sites like this for personal reasons, and not what it was intended for.

Who is Ted Gizma?

Dave? I went to the BBB's National Site and pulled up the numbers. The BBB's site ends in .org... so anyone can verify my numbers.

Dave? I did a search on Sealmaxx through the Rip-Off Report and that is where the twenty-one complaints came from? so anyone can verify my numbers.

Dave? I live in the Cincinnati area? I really do and the people at Rip-Off Report can confirm this from my ISP number? so just who is Ted Gizma and why are you threatening him?

Why are you slandering him?

Dave? to the best of my knowledge when somebody posts a complaint? not every company would be notified!

Dave? I really hope that Ted Gizma talks to a lawyer about you, a defamation of character/slander type of suite should be considered!

How about it Ed the Editor? Can the Fraud Chick confirm that I am from the Cincinnati area and that I am not Ted Gizma?

If your complaint numbers are true, why then don't I get any complaints? I am the Dir. of Customer Service and I deal with all service related issues. I can tell you why Ted, because all of these postings are false posted by you.

You just don't get it about the Better Business Bureau do you?

The BBB is a farce! The BBB is a fake! If the BBB said that company A is an outstanding company and to stay away from company B because they have a couple of complaints I would give serious consideration to do business with company B!

Can the public read the actual consumer complaint that was sent to the BBB? No!

The BBB can be compared to the Mafia pay your dues and get a good rating. Many criminals have commented that they join the BBB because it projects a good image.

Sealmaxx has twenty-one negative comments on the rip-off site Dave that is not good!

For every complaint that is sent in, there are over 1000 people who were not happy! This means that Sealmaxx has over Twenty-one thousand unhappy customers and only a small percentage would write a letter to the BBB and an even smaller percentage would post a complaint on the Rip-Off site.

Sealmaxx uses miss-leading advertisements and I can prove it you claim a warranty of twenty-five years that does not mean a thing and there is not a single state that would force your company to stand by that warranty.

Sealmaxx offers a twenty-five year warranty on sealent? Yeah right! There is no way a single one time only application on a wood deck will last that long what a scam and rip-off!

Enviro Clean Technologies has at total of nine complaints with the Des Moines IA BBB, that is not a good sign so Dave Neiers, why don't you start doing a better job?
