Sealy mattress Refused to honor warrantee,discrepancy in inspectors report and their denial. Internet
Purchased a Sealy mattress from mattress firm on 2013, mattress sagged and was replaced in 2014.the second mattress had the same problem after 3 inspections , which I was made to pay. The claim was denied, I was present during the inspections, and was told by the tech, that the indentation was 1 inch, I know that the report submitted by the inspector is not the information that mattress Firm is using to deny the claim. They are refusing to give me the report from the ins. to verify his findings.
