My husband and I bought a couch and chair from Seaman's on 1/7/05. The scheduled delivery was for 1/19/05. When we got the confirmation calls a week prior, they told us that the date was confirmed as 1/19/05. The night before a 4 hour window was given, between 4pm and 8pm. Very strange times. We waited until 8:30pm and called the store. The person was totally unconcerned and said, "well it's only 8:30, they are running late." The store never called and the furniture was not delivered. When we called customer service, they were not concerned and said it's not their problem. We called the credit card company to put a dispute on the account. It's a good thing I tracked the order on their "helpful" website. Now it's in writing that they were to deliver on 1/19/05. The most frustrating thing, is the total uncaring attitude. Never again.

They sell furniture, they just don't deliver it.
