i totally agree with you mary - this juniper carnival seamiles credit card should be awarded: "the ripoff of the year award" or the "worst credit card" around award. I have has just about enough of this card. I cannot login into my account at all. I cannot manage my seamiles. I cannot get through to the seamiles / juniper customer service, and carnival and junipert would not comment or respond. what is the deal with them? I am cancelling my card as well as soon as I convert my miles into something tangible. This card sucks - bottom line: don't waste your time or you will waste a lot more. They should call it the any ripoff. any time card instead of the any cruiseline any time card. You think we can sue them for false advertising (carnival in specisfic since I ot the same promo letter)?

I agree with all you points there. Anyone else out there with the same problem should post their reply on the site so we can really stop thins injustice.

Can't login, no customer service, no miles access, no miles conversion??? what the hell does this card has to offer me?
