I ordered 2 jars never received them, they never reply to emails you send them but sent an email canceling my order and to refund a whole month later but a whole another month later I still never got my refund. Save yourself the pain and don’t waste your money, they will keep it and not send you your order.

We have posted proof of our imports on our Instagram page @seamossisland. We take pride in providing only the best sea moss to people worldwide. We also take pride in providing great customer service. We understand and know the risk of people consuming fake sea moss and we will never sell fake sea moss to our customers. We have thousands of customers and wholesale buyers who shop with us regularly because of the great quality of our sea moss.
If this person is a real customer they can contact us and we will work with them to get a full refund as our goal is to make sure every customer is pleased with their purchase from us. We are convinced that this claim is fraudulent and probably one of our competitors as we have not received any complaints from customers about the quality of our sea moss.
