SEAN HIGGINS is the name of person selling LIEN CERTIFICATES, under the WEALTH WITHOUT RISK aka Wealth Systems. On the 25th of November 2011 inquire about the program with a credit card for $19.95 then immediately cancel it before the information was even completed. Also use their email addresses: customerservice@familytvproducts.com and customerservice@wealthsystemllc.com and mailer@infusionmail.com and support@saenhiggins.tv on the same day and minute to let them know that I did not complete the order to ensure that they do not use my information. THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD for $31.90 anyway. ANYONE living in CHATSWORTH, California please contact BBB and the Attorney General about this person and or company so they can be shut down and or arrested for FELONY or Fraud use of funds. IT APPEARS that this address is being used by several INFO commercial business including an Dave's Action Service or something like that.

Apologies, as the FTC report link I gave was incorrect.  The actual report listed is related to yet another business name associated with Saen Higgins.  It's called Family Products LLC.  Please see http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2009/07/shortchange.shtm

#3Consumer Suggestion

Hi There,

In addition to my Ripoff Report, I did file a complaint with the BBB, and actually filed a report with the FTC and FBI.  I _highly_suggest you do the same, as this isn't just a scam company, but has been previously shut down by the government.

Here are the sites to go to:
FTC:  https://econsumer.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
Internet Crime Complaint Center:  http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
US Postal Service - Mail Fraud Complaint (if they sent you anything by mail -- note, this is how most criminals get busted):
https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx
FBI (Categorized as Investment Scheme):  https://tips.fbi.gov/

Respond to this Report!
