I pre-paid Sean Howard DuShane to complete some tile work on an investment home in Merritt Island, FL. The pre-payment amount was $200.00. Sean never returned to complete the work. He'll tell you he's an "honest guy", but (obviously) he isn't. He gave me two cell phone numbers;(((Redacted))) and (((Redacted))).
If I were you, I would not do business with this guy. I attached a picture of him to this report for your reference.

This man paid me $1200 of $1400 on a job. He gave me an additional $200 for additional work. I ended up passing on the extra work and the the missing $200 from the $1400 was applied to the balance.
I did not rip this guy off at all.

i see sean dushane is still up to his old games we had him put in a 16x20 foundation at our house in atlanta mi. first lie from him was that he advertised being licenced and insured. we found out real quick at out inspection that wasn't the case. when our ounty inspectorsaw how bad of job he did the county made us stop all work for 6 months while we sued him then they arrested and conficted him of unlicenced contracting. we had to have everything he did tore out and start all over. we won our case in small claims court but all he ever paid towards the judgement was 5 dollars he has an open warrent in our county and was sentenced to 90 days in jail plus full restitution to us. we were aslo contacted by a S.A.N.E. (straits area narcotics agency) detective that was trying to track sean down as he also has a felony drug dealing warrent issued out of traverse city michigan.he skipped town and went to cali before either city found him but i guess now he's in FL.if you end up finding him please send me his info.and be thankful he only got you for 200 bucks he owes us over 8000 with interest.most of his family lives in gaylord michigan so if i see a fl plate in the driveway i now it's a good chance he's visting and can send the cops to pick him up again.
