Complaint Review: Sean Jarne First Team

We contacted Sean to help sell our house in the Bay Area in January. He responded that we would have to rush and prep our house for the showcase. We spent over $6,000 on remodels and retouches to make our house attractive. Before Sean listed our house on Zillow, he lied about our square footage and number of bedrooms. Sean did this to give himself a better reputation and claim that we would receive a better offer. When our house was on escrow, inspectors came to measure it and found that our square footage was very off. Therefore, escrow fell, and we are still stuck in our house. Sean insisted he would do more showcases and made us give our spare house key in a lockbox for brokers to tour our house. Our house is half empty because we initially thought our house was going to be sold very quickly. In March, we had to stop all posts of our house on all websites and stay in the Bay Area. We do not recommend Sean as a real estate agent.
