Complaint Review: Sean Reynolds

Sean "Scammer" Reynolds had a series of items for auction on Ebay in January '06. Although he was a new seller, I took my chances to leap on a great deal on a backpack. Well, I won the auction and paid $24 for the item+shipping, which he only would accept money order. After asking him about Paypal, he responded in saying account/bank issues. Fine, I sent the money order and received nothing for awhile. Numerous emails later, I received a few 'automated responses' saying there was a recent death and shipping would be delayed. I check out the 'death' online and the story cleared. Alright, gave him a few weeks, emailed again...no response. Finally after calling him a scammer, he said he would refund me, but I have not received anything from him. It's been three months and I don't see anything good coming out for me.
