We have had trouble with our washing machine we purchased from Sears at Rivergate Mall 10 yrs ago.  We also purchased the extended warranty and have had several issues with our washer.  It's a Maytag Neptune front end loader.  It does not spin out completely and keeps showing "suds" on the panel.  We have to go through another spin cycle to clear it out.  

We called in December and the first available appt was not until the middle of January for someone to come out.  The repairman came out, ordered the part, which is another week.  Schedule for the new board to be installed, since there was a recall on the washer-and we never received notification.  The repairman ordered the wrong board.  A new board has been been ordered and it's on back order as of today.  

They have indicated they would give a $100 allowance for the laundry mat, nice gesture, however, we are 10 miles from the nearest one, maybe farther.  We are requesting a new washer, but they don't want to compensate for it.  I do not care for Sears nor their products.  I think this will be last product I purchase from them.
